Qollabi’s platform, designed to help businesses manage partnership goals, faced usability issues including slow workflows due to the lack of quick actions, inefficiencies caused by repetitive tasks, an unstructured project hierarchy that made prioritization and navigation difficult, and limited, inflexible column filtering options that hindered users from easily finding relevant information.

Analyzed current user workflows to identify inefficiencies and developed hierarchical structures to improve the organization of projects and tasks.
Designed low-fidelity wireframes to explore various interaction models for Quick Actions, Project Hierarchy, and Column Filtering, followed by developing interactive prototypes to validate these concepts before implementation.
Created high fidelity designs and prepared the documentation for developers handoff
