As a Product Designer, I had the opportunity to work with Qollabi, a Business Relationship Management (BRM) software that enables organizations to collaborate on mutual success plans using the Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework.

Problem

Qollabi’s platform was designed to help businesses structure and track their partnership goals, but users faced challenges in managing their workflows efficiently:

  1. Lack of Quick Actions

    • Users had to navigate multiple steps for common tasks, slowing down productivity.

    • Repetitive actions created unnecessary friction in the workflow.

  2. Unstructured Projects Hierarchy

    • The platform lacked a clear and intuitive structure for organizing projects.

    • Users struggled to prioritize and navigate between different levels of projects and tasks.

  3. Limited Column Filtering Options

    • Users needed better data filtering to quickly find relevant information.

    • The current filtering system was rigid, making it difficult to customize views based on different needs.

    • Aligned the designs with use cases that were developed based on the user needs and feedback

    • Mapped out current user workflows to identify inefficiencies.

    • Created hierarchical structures to visualize how projects and tasks should be organized.

  3. Wireframing & Prototyping

    • Designed low-fidelity wireframes to explore different interaction models for Quick Actions, Project Hierarchy, and Column Filtering.

    • Developed interactive prototypes to validate concepts before implementation.

  4. Usability Testing & Iteration

    • Gathered feedback and iterated on the UI/UX to enhance clarity and efficiency.

  5. Collaboration & Implementation

    • Worked closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation.

    • Provided design documentation for consistency.
